Winter has finally arrived in Toronto with below 0 temperatures and snow storms. Everyone be will thinking about the sunshine and beaches down south so now is the perfect time to look at Resort wear.

Michale Kors, and Hugo Boss extended the Fall trend of graphic patterns and colour blocking.

Fendi was the stand-out collection for me. Fendi took a bird of paradise botanical motif and turned it into a sharp, graphic pattern to match the architecturally constructed clothes. Both the top and the dress could be transitional pieces to wear now and then into spring.

Paper Art

I created this cover-up or dress from Nepalese handmade paper I found in Michigan. The bright green botanical print really stands out against the neutral background. I like the ruffle detail and I’ve positioned it on the doll to show the bikini top underneath. A look that reminds of Dolce & Gabana.
